1.Remember the Human
As we go online using the new meduim we have today we must be careful in critizing an e-mesage which a certain author posted or published on the internet, for example: when we are going to post a comment on author/user message we must try to keep ourselves on control, see to it that, we cannot offen others work. Study your message and read it again if you feel it is right then post it. Remember the human which, when you make some incriminating notes again that person you must be careful because of the high technology we had today, you cannot escape from the tracker or the system which when you write something some of the server's making its own backup,so the best we can do is to be a neutral commentors...

2.Adhere to the Same Standards of Behavior Online That you Follow in Real Life
The things that we have to bear in our mind is we have the same standards of behavior either on community or online, Ofcourse, behind that computer are people who are operating the machines. So, We must also apply what we had in community to cyberspace...

3.Know Where You Are in Cyberspace
As we visit a site that are unfamiliar to us, first we must study and observe for us to make decision if we are going to participate in a certain group or forum of a certain website, just say if we are comportable why not jion or participate in their site, but make sure those people are doing a right conversations not to put down other persons view or idea posted on net...

4.Respect other People's time and Bandwith
Sending a message to our friends, relatives and etc. must take some considerations, a very good example is a text messages on the cellphone because he/she is unlimited text he/she send you a forwarded msg. five times or more than that so it is rude! why? for wasting their time in opening and reading a message that has a same content...and having online we have to make sure for whom shuold messages be directed!!!....

5.Make yourself look good online
in posting message on the net we must be carful for the content of our message, it must contain a good purpose and focus, differentiate facts from opinion must better, and lastly make it simple...

6.Share expert Knowledge

If you have question post it in your blog and gather all the information you've got on the posted question and make a summary of it... then share the inforamtion to everyone to give them ideas about the subject you've posted...

7.Help keep flame Wars under control

For example in a certain forum, one member offen from the other answer or reply to his message as a member of the forum,you must be a referre for the forum not to be wasted, and make some funny moves to make those people head cool...

8.Respect other people's privacy

one of the good behavior of a person is not to touch or read a files or data of any person private message/data.

9.Don't Abuse your Power

all of us even though your a sysmtem administrator, programmers or ordinary user must have equal rights on the net...

10.Be forgiving of other people's mistakes

Ofcourse to have a better coversation and to maintain peace.
